Espadilla Beach

Playa Espadilla's toasted barley sands stretch out along the coast for more than a mile across the Manuel Antonio coastline. It's the most popular beach with tourists and the closest to downtown Manuel Antonio. On most days, you can find vacationers lounging in deck chairs under beach umbrellas, $2 to $10, that dot the beach staring off into the aqua-emerald surf.
